Marketplace availability may vary and may not be enabled in every app version or country. These terms apply only when the relevant feature is available to you.
Overview & scope
These Marketplace Terms apply only if and when Peekamoji makes marketplace, shopping, listing or user-to-user commerce features available to you (“Marketplace”). Availability may vary by country, account, app version or rollout stage.
If the Marketplace is not available in your version of Peekamoji, these Marketplace Terms do not create a right to access it.
Peekamoji’s role
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific transaction, Peekamoji provides the technical platform and is not the buyer, seller or manufacturer of goods listed by users.
Where third-party payment providers are used, their terms and processing rules may also apply.
Seller responsibilities
- Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, condition, delivery information and material limitations.
- Only list products that are lawful to sell and compliant with applicable safety, consumer and intellectual-property rules.
- Comply with tax, VAT, customs, import/export and consumer-protection obligations that apply to you.
- Provide legally required cancellation, return, refund and warranty rights.
Buyer responsibilities
- Review the listing and seller terms before purchasing.
- Provide accurate payment and delivery information.
- Use the Marketplace lawfully and do not abuse payment, refund or chargeback processes.
Payments, fees & commissions
If Peekamoji charges a platform fee or commission, the applicable amount or calculation method will be disclosed in the Marketplace interface or relevant seller terms before it becomes payable.
Payment providers, banks or currency-conversion services may charge additional fees outside Peekamoji’s control. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every location.
Returns, refunds & disputes
Applicable consumer law always takes priority. Where a seller is legally responsible for returns, refunds or warranties, that seller must provide those rights.
Peekamoji may provide reporting or support tools, but unless expressly stated otherwise, disputes relating to physical goods remain primarily between buyer, seller and the relevant payment provider.
Prohibited items
Marketplace listings must not include unlawful, unsafe or restricted products, including illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, child sexual exploitation material, or other products prohibited by law or Peekamoji policy.
We may remove listings or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe a listing violates these rules.
Taxes & legal compliance
Users remain responsible for tax, customs, reporting and regulatory obligations that apply to their activities, except where Peekamoji is legally required to collect, report or remit an amount itself.
Changes, suspension & availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue Marketplace features, including in particular regions, where necessary for legal, safety, technical or business reasons. Material policy changes will be reflected by the Last Updated date.
