Who you’re contracting with

These Terms are between you and Peekamoji ApS, Viborgvej 58, 9600 Aars, Denmark (CVR: 45351459). References to “Peekamoji”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Peekamoji ApS.

Services covered by these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Peekamoji’s applications, websites, software and related services (“Platform”), including social content, feeds, short videos, messaging, reactions, live or creator features and other functionality we make available.

Commerce, marketplace, virtual-item, tipping or payout features are covered only if and when they are made available to you. Additional feature-specific terms may apply.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Peekamoji. Some jurisdictions may require a higher age or parental consent for certain processing or services.

If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a user below the applicable minimum age, we may restrict or remove the account. A parent, guardian or affected user may contact support if they believe action was taken in error.

Accounts, usernames & security

• Provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive manner.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may rename, reclaim or restrict usernames where reasonably necessary to address impersonation, rights violations, abuse, inactivity or platform integrity.

Conduct & prohibited content

You must comply with our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate, threats, child sexual exploitation, illegal activity, fraud, serious privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement and other prohibited conduct may result in content or account action.

Use our reporting tools or contact support if you encounter content or behaviour that violates our rules.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of rights you hold in content you upload. To operate and improve Peekamoji, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt and technically process your content as necessary to provide, secure, moderate, promote and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law and your privacy settings.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and share the content.

Commercial, sponsored & creator content

If you publish advertising, sponsored, gifted or branded content, you are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure and advertising laws and any feature-specific Peekamoji rules.

If creator-support, tipping, virtual items, subscriptions or payout features are offered, applicable prices, fees, eligibility rules and additional terms will be shown in the relevant feature.

Purchases, virtual items & refunds

If Peekamoji offers digital purchases, virtual items or other paid features, they may be subject to additional terms and the billing rules of Apple, Google or another payment provider.

Virtual items have no cash value unless a specific feature expressly provides a lawful redemption or payout mechanism. Refund rights depend on applicable law and the payment channel used.

Do not fraudulently acquire, manipulate, resell or exploit virtual items, purchases or payment systems.

Marketplace features

If Peekamoji makes Marketplace features available, the separate Marketplace Terms apply. Marketplace availability may vary by account, app version and region.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a transaction, Peekamoji provides the technical platform and is not the buyer or seller of user-listed physical goods.

Privacy, data & retention

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You can request deletion of your account or personal data using our in-app controls where available or the Delete Data and Delete Account pages.

Limited information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, enforcement, disputes or backup cycles.

Moderation, safety & enforcement

We may use automated systems, user reports and human review to detect and address violations. Depending on severity and context, we may label, restrict, hide or remove content; limit features; issue warnings; suspend accounts; or permanently remove accounts.

Changes to the Platform or Terms

Peekamoji may update, change, suspend or discontinue features over time. We may also revise these Terms due to changes in the product, law, safety needs or business operations.

Where required, material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another appropriate channel. The Last Updated date identifies the latest published version.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every feature will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Leaving Peekamoji

You may stop using Peekamoji at any time. You can delete your account through the app where available or follow our Delete Account instructions.

Suspension & termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines or applicable law have been violated, or where action is necessary to protect users, security or platform integrity.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, contact support with enough information for us to identify the relevant account or decision.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer and other protections that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a dispute before a competent court or consumer authority where applicable law gives you that right.

Other provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
